  NEW Click & Collect Service

Toy collections and returns will be at the undercover FRONT DOOR ENTRY AREA of the library

With lockdown restrictions being extended, we are happy to announce that we will be running a New-style Click & Collect service for a LIMITED TIME only.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

We've changed things up a little to our previous Click and Collect Service.
Please read through these details to see whats changed.

1. HOLD YOUR TOYS:

Place holds on toys through your member login, up to your membership allowance (4, 8 or 12 toys). No need to book an appointment time.

2. BOOK A COLLECTION TIME:

You will receive a phone call from a coordinator to book in a collection time to suit you. There will be multiple options available during our regular opening hours. Your collection time will then show at the top of the  ‘My Holds’ tab of your member login. REMEMBER: Please count and clean ALL toys you are returning. We ask that you place a note in the toy bag if anything is missing or broken - we appreciate your honesty.

3. COLLECT YOUR NEW TOYS:

Toy collection plus drop off for your returned toys will be AT THE MAIN FRONT DOORS TO THE LIBRARY. You will be required to scan and sign in via the QR code for both collection AND toy drop off only, to say you have attended the library.

PLEASE BE PATIENT: There may be a short delay in processing hold requests as we have limited capacity under lockdown. We will do our best to get to everyone and pack your orders as soon as possible.

MYSTERY PACKS & RETURNS ONLY: To book a mystery pack, or to arrange to return toys only, please email us at enquiries@maroondahtoylibrary.org.au and we will get in touch with you to arrange a time for this.
